How does a session work?
Every session begins with a gentle conversation.
We start with a short chat to explore where you are — physically, emotionally, energetically — and what you’re needing support with right now. You can share as much or as little as feels right.
Then we move into the healing session (45–50 minutes).
You’ll lie down in a quiet, comfortable space. I guide you into deep rest while working remotely with traditional Chinese Medicine energetics, somatic awareness, and shamanic tools. This might include clearing stagnant Qi, harmonizing organ systems and emotional energy; releasing stagnation; supporting nervous system, and rebalancing Qi & Blood, calming Shen (mind/spirit), guiding rest and recovery.
We finish with a closing conversation, to integrate.
You’ll have space to share what you felt or noticed, and I’ll reflect anything I picked up in the session. If needed, I’ll offer Medical Qigong Exercises & ancestral practices, acupressure, herbs, rituals, or journal prompts to support your process between sessions.
This is a space to be held, witnessed, and gently guided back into your rhythm. No pressure. No fixing. Just returning to yourself.
