This distance healing session bridges the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shamanic Healing to support you across the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Rooted in the principles of Qi, the Five Elements, and organ spirit medicine — and expanded with intuitive guidance, ancestral connection, and Earth-based ritual — these sessions invite deep restoration and reconnection, no matter where you are in the world.

You lie down in a quiet space. I tune in from afar, working with your energy field, spirit channels, and elemental imbalances to restore flow and harmony.

How does a session work?

Every session begins with a gentle conversation.
We start with a short chat to explore where you are — physically, emotionally, energetically — and what you’re needing support with right now. You can share as much or as little as feels right.

Then we move into the healing session (45–50 minutes).
You’ll lie down in a quiet, comfortable space. I guide you into deep rest while working remotely with traditional Chinese Medicine energetics, somatic awareness, and shamanic tools. This might include clearing stagnant Qi, harmonizing organ systems, releasing held emotional patterns, or connecting with ancestral layers — always led by what your body and spirit need.

We finish with a closing conversation, to integrate.
You’ll have space to share what you felt or noticed, and I’ll reflect anything I picked up in the session. If needed, I’ll offer Medical Qigong & ancestral practices, herbs, rituals, or journal prompts to support your process between sessions.

This is a space to be held, witnessed, and gently guided back into your rhythm. No pressure. No fixing. Just returning to yourself.
