    • TCM Lifestyle & Cyclical Living Guidance: Practical, seasonal tools to align your life with your body’s rhythms and nature’s wisdom — rooted in Chinese Medicine’s 5 Elements and Yin-Yang balance.
    • Herbal & Nutritional Support: Personalized Herbal Medicine recommendation to your constitution and needs and Plant-based suggestions from East-West traditions to support hormonal balance, digestion, mood, and vitality.
    • Rituals: Practices that honor the sacred in the everyday. We use intention, reflection, and symbolic acts to anchor your healing at emotional and spiritual levels.
